• You authorize us to access your credit history and information for evaluation
• You understand that late payments may result in additional fees
• You acknowledge that failure to repay your loan may result in legal action
• You agree to use the loan for the purpose stated in your application

• Written notices to your physical address
• Phone calls to your registered phone number
